All bookings are final once a deposit is made. Deposit cost may vary from $100 to $500 per person based on vacation packages. Bookings made less than 45 days before departure require immediate payment. All bookings can be made as late as 1 day before travel, however; any booking made within 15 days of departure require an additional $30 late fee. Final payments on all bookings are due 45 days prior to departure. Payments must be made on time; reservations cannot be held past the payment due date.


Change penalties vary by Tour Company and fees are calculated accordingly. Cancellation penalties may vary depending on travel dates, and hotels. Peak periods & holiday travel penalties are higher and insurance is highly recommended.


Documents are mailed 2-3 weeks prior to departure. UPS or Fed Ex 2nd day delivery is available on request for a charge of $15.00. Our agency always checks the documents for accuracy before we mail them to you however, once they are in your possession, please double check for correctness.

International travel requires passengers to check in to the airlines for travel, 2 hours prior to departure. Airlines are permitted to deny boarding to those passengers that are late arrivals. The airlines permit passengers to one carry on item in addition to a purse or briefcase. Entering International Countries, U.S. Citizens are required to present one of the following items at airport check-in as proof of citizenship:

Valid passport
Certified copy or original birth certificate with photo identification
Naturalization papers

*The airline will not board any passenger who fails to carry proper documents. US Driver's license's are not acceptable as proof of citizenship. Failure to bring the proper documentation will unfortunately result in non-boarding, and refunds cannot be granted. Non-U.S. Citizens must check with the Tourist Board or Consulate regarding entry into whatever country they are visiting.

Checking baggage varies on each airline, please call the airlines for their specific rules. In most cases of international travel each passenger can check 2 bags (maximum weight 70lbs each) plus one carry-on bag (maximum weight 50lbs). Additional bags may incur excess baggage charges.


You have either accepted or declined to take the travel insurance offered by Travel Expo. If you have declined, your package is completely non-refundable for any reason. If you have accepted the travel insurance you are insured depending on which insurance you have taken out. Some of the insurance is for health cancellation ONLY and may require a note from your doctor; while other insurance we offer is for ANY reason at all. Find out from you travel professional which insurance you have. It will also be noted on your documents. *We strongly recommend that you protect your vacation investment with low-cost travel insurance.


Departure taxes are not included in your packages and must be paid at the airport when exiting the country prior to departure.

Grand Cayman- $21
Nassau - $20
Grenada - $19 US
St. Lucia - $20 US


Travel Expo, Inc. / acts as agent for services provided by tour operators herein and cannot be held liable for any services provided listed in brochures or any other services incidental thereto. Further the responsibilities of air carriers are limited in accordance with international agreements and tariffs. Whereas Travel Expo, Inc. and the participating airlines and tour operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the aircraft, railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others who provide the actual land arrangements. We are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss damage or non-performance occurring in connection with these tours. The Passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger have made arrangements with the tour operators who book with the airlines, hotels and other independent suppliers to provide the services and accommodations in connection with your vacation. In the unlikely event you should have a dispute with any supplier we will try to assist you in resolving the matter.

Travel Expo, Inc. reserves the right to bring legal action to collect damages in the event that purchaser fails to pay any fees due and owing for services, including cancellation fees as set out in the section entitled ' Cancellation & Refunds'. The parties agree that should legal action be commenced, the prevailing party will be entitled to his/her or its reasonable attorney fees and court costs in addition to the actual damages sustained and proven. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, delay or inconvenience, whether physical or emotional, resulting from factors beyond our control including, but not limited, to Acts of God, weather, mechanical breakdowns, labor disputes or strikes, disturbances, sickness, pilferage, quarantine, acts of terrorism, government actions or the failure of any aircraft, watercraft or other means of transportation to depart or arrive as scheduled, or for your failure to obtain valid documents or your failure to follow instructions. We cannot accept liability for loss or delay of your luggage or personal property, loss of enjoyment, loss of pay, emotional distress, upset or disappointment resulting from the actions of any independent supplier or from any factor beyond our control.

This is the entire agreement of the parties and it may be amended only by written agreement signed by both Travel Expo, Inc. and the client. If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this agreement will nevertheless remain in force and effect.
